This Refund Policy explains how registration enquiries, fees and cancellations are handled in connection with the Oorja Sanchay Shivir, Course and eLearning platform.

Registration Enquiries Are Not Payments

This website does not process any online payment. Submitting the Contact or eLearning registration form only records Your enquiry and interest — it does not involve any transfer of money, and there is nothing on this Site to refund at that stage.

Shivir & Course Fees

Where a contribution or fee applies to attend a Shivir, module or program, the amount and payment method are communicated to You directly by Our team — by phone or email — at the time Your registration is confirmed, and any payment is made directly with Our team, outside of this website.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If You need to cancel or reschedule after confirming Your place, please contact Us as early as possible at admin@bageshwarbalaji.org or +91 70550 05553. As a general starting point, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of registration:

• Cancellations made well in advance of a Shivir's start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund of any fee already paid, at Our discretion;
• Cancellations made close to the start date, or after materials/access have already been provided, may not be eligible for a refund;
• If a Shivir or event is cancelled or rescheduled by Us, You will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

How Any Refund Is Handled

Because no payment is processed through this website, any approved refund is handled directly between You and Our team, using the same method through which the original payment was made, within a reasonable timeframe.
